The Harem is the top blend of the Italian roaster Passalacqua. This roast consists of 100 % of ten varieties of exquisite, hand-picked Arabica beans. The beans, which come from ten different countries, give this coffee an exceptionally high quality. Exclusivity is given to this blend mainly by the Jamaica Blue Mountain and the Puerto Rico San Pedro. Jamaica Blue Mountain is one of the most prestigious coffees on the international coffee market and shows that the roastery works and knows how to handle high quality coffee. The coffee beans are washed before roasting and, following the roasting process, they are given a resting period of several days before being packed in the aroma can for the customer. The roasted beans are distinguished by their slightly oily consistency. This arises during the strong roasting and characterizes many southern Italian roasts. 
The taste is characterized by notes of chocolate, which is determined hazelnut and dried fruit. The finish evokes a very slight acidity and the rich body of the harem provides the perfect harmony of the coffee.
