There are three Discount cards available that you can apply for:
“BRONZE DISCOUNT CARD” : Apply for this card once you have spent over €200 on any product purchases in the last 12 months.
“SILVER DISCOUNT CARD” : Apply for this card once you have spent over €400 on any product purchases in the last 12 months.
“GOLD DISCOUNT CARD” : Apply for this card once you have spent over €600 on any product purchases in the last 12 months.
Simply, check your orders and if you meet one of the above criteria request your discount card using the application form below. We will review your application and send your Discount card by email to use for your next orders!

Q: How can I get my Discount card?
A: Check your orders and if you comply with any of the above requirements then submit the application form below. Once we review your application we will send you an email with your card and unique code.
Q: How do I use my Discount card?
A: All you need to do is enter your unique code into the "Enter a promo code" box upon checkout and your discount will be calculated and deducted automatically!
Q: How long can I keep my Discount card and enjoy the special discount?
A: You can keep using your card as long as you continue to meet the your card's criteria (described above) in a 12 month period. For example, if you currently own the Bronze card and for the last 12 months you have spent an amount over €400, then you can apply for the Silver discount card. On the other hand, if you own a Gold discount card but for the last 12 months you have spent an amount between €400-600 then you will be downgraded to a Silver member and the Gold card will be deactivated.
Q: How can I check if i meet the amount spending levels so as to apply for a Discount card?
A: If you signed-up and became a member (which is what we strongly recommend) then you can view your order history from your account ''My Orders''. If you haven't yet signed-up then you need to search your email inbox for the order confirmation emails received by HouseBaristas.
Q: How do I recover my unique promo code in case I lost it?
A: You simply call us or send us an email and we will send it to you straight away.
