The beans that FIRSTCRACK uses to roast the Guatemala Santa Katharina Geisha come from the Katharina Pacaya farm in the Petén department of Guatemala. Here, at around 1,250 meters above sea level, Geisha Arabica plants grow on the Reitzel family's coffee farm. The nearby Pacaya Volcano regularly supplies the soil with nutrients from its ash and the climatic conditions could not be better.
