The espresso no. 5 from the FIRSTCRACK Roastery consists of 50% high-quality Arabica and 50% high-quality Robusta beans. These are the varieties S795, SLN274 and Old Paradenia. The beans were grown in India and then washed and processed anarobic natural. The espresso beans were roasted by hand in Berlin.
