Decaffeinated without chemicals, using Swiss Water Process (SWP).
Origin: Brazil
 
For the espresso no. 4 Arabica beans were used exclusively, specifically the Yellow Icatu and Red Catuai varieties. The beans were grown by brothers Ismael and Eduardo Andrade. Their finca is located on a high plateau in the Cerrado region of Brazil. Due to the great climatic conditions such as nutrient-rich and mineral soil, the coffee bushes grow perfectly there. The Andrade family has already won several international prizes such as the Cup of Excellence.
