The Extra Bar Mild from the Pascucci roastery consists of high-quality beans. The Arabica beans come from Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Peru, Colombia, Ethiopia and Brazil. The Robusta beans come from India. Especially coffees grown in Central America are described as mild. The blend combines mild aroma, powerful taste and fine acidity. 
Notes of spices, bread crust and chocolate harmonize perfectly with each other. The nuance of ripe persimmons also adds a nice fruit aroma. The blend has a soft, velvety texture. Overall, the Extra Bar Mild is very complex and manages to be mild in the overall picture.
